Mission Statement: LVBON is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, dedicated to providing a guided pathway for officials at all levels, educating referees to continually develop and advance to higher levels of officiating, and fostering sportsmanship and integrity across the basketball community.
